We live in Toronto and used their services at this clinic. Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. They make you feel welcome and are amazing with kids. I’m glad we had a friend to recommend this place to because we are first time parents and our concerns were new and great. Our kid had a severe case of plagiocephaly- we just graduated today 9 months later. It may seem like a nuisance but when you look at your kid’s baby photos vs now you’ll see you did them a huge favour. Our kid got use to wearing the helmet super fast - it didn’t bother him. If you have concerns about your child’s head shape don’t be a fool- get a consultation: rokband clinic is great.

We had a very pleasant experience and journey with ROKband and their wonderful team. Our clinician was Emilia and she was very pleasant and knowledgeable and helpful all throughout our daughter's treatment. We are happy with the treatment results. My son had a very flat back of his head head due to a somewhat complicated birth and back-sleeping preference, but after his treatment with his helmet from ROKband his head shape is perfect. You cannot tell anymore that he was born with an irregular head! I am extremely satisfied with the results, and also extremely satisfied with the care that the people of ROKband put into their work. I had an awesome experience at the clinic today. I came in with a couple questions because my daughters head shape had been flagged by my pediatrician. They were very warm and welcoming and informative. Right away, they answered all my questions, and we’re even able to accommodate a consultation right on the spot and put my mind at ease about my child’s head shape. Super professional and efficient. We had such an amazing experience with the team at ROKband. (Dani is the BEST) She was so understanding with our concerns and explained everything to us so we can easily understand it. Helmets can get expensive and having the option of financing made it so much easier! Our son was treated at the ROKband Leaside location for 5 months to fix his plagiocephaly and our experience was great! The staff was nothing short of amazing.
