Was actually in the seaside Center for my booster. No line up, no wait. In and out in 15 minutes. Thank You to all those who run the vaccination program. Well done. Thank You for your service, help and support. With appreciation and Gratitude. Joane

Sechelt Visitor Centre
This visitors centre was in a beautiful location by the public library. It has public washrooms which they're happy to let you use, and a drinking fountain outside for humans and for dogs. The woman working helped me try to find a yarn or fibre store in the southern Sunshine Coast, and I really appreciate her doing that digging for me. The place was full of tourism literature. Be sure and ask what's going on, though, because I found that events and businesses were hard to find online.

Sechelt Visitor Centre
On August 5th 2021 I tried to buy some gifts to take home and when I was about to pay they didn’t accept my cash without any reasonable explanation since all Covid-19 measures are loosening through the province.This was insulting to me, I am a foreigner and I don’t deal with credit/debit cards so I expect that in a real world people accept real money. It was the first time in my life that this happen to me and I think this is just not right.

Staff are knowledgeable, super friendly and definitely knows what’s popular amongst visitors. Gave us tons of options for kayaking, hiking, and fishing. They also have an incredible wide selection of pamphlets that describes the area and best activities to do while visiting. Cute postcards are available as well!

We came to the Sunshine Coast with very little knowledge of what we could do, we stopped in at the visitors centre and were blown away by the knowledge of their staff. Arielle was informative, kind and helpful giving us tons of ideas. We would totally recommend stopping in for tips and tricks while visiting the island.

Oh what a night ..... an outstanding reception , and incredible art exhibits. The band was swinging , a much deserved kick off for the Art Crawl , and the White Buffalo Dreaming , Dancing in all Directions .

This was a great stop to gather brochures about the Sunshine Coast if you are new to the area. They have a small selection of souvenirs as well. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable.
