We met Amanda when our littlest boy was born and I wish we met her sooner! She took the most adorable newborn pictures and then later in the year we had a family session and also a mini session. The results are everything I wanted and more! She's so easy to work with and very good work little kids. We enjoyed every minute!Thank you Amanda!

Amanda is an absolute pleasure to work with! We’ve have various photography sessions done by her (sunflower maternity, 1st birthday cake smash, and 4 generations). Each and every time she is so professional and welcoming. She makes you feel comfortable behind the camera and never misses a beat. She’s adaptable and great with all ages - especially our littles! They either listen to her so well or she is happy to go off script with them for the best photos! We truly love working with Amanda and really cherish all of our photos done by her. We cannot wait to do more! 10/10 would recommend!

We have used Sweet Oak Photography for two family mini photo sessions and have been beyond happy with our photos each time! Amanda is super easygoing and works great with our little one. Amanda is incredibly patient with wild children who want to talk her face off instead of smiling and posing for photos. Lots of laughs and easy going make sessions stress free. She doesn't over edit, her editing enhancements are perfect! Our family session and mini sessions all have had amazing photos captured and I look forward to many more as our family ages. ❤️

Amanda has been doing photo shoots for us since our little guy was born in June 2021. She has always done such an amazing job. She's always so calm and has a way of making you feel extremely comfortable! We will continue to have her do our photos in the future.

Amanda did our wedding photos for us and she was wonderful!! Not only did she brave the cold for outdoor photos for our January wedding but she made us feel so comfortable. Multiple guests told us afterwards how much they enjoyed her, and felt comfortable with her. She emailed us some sneak peek photos that evening which made us so happy! We will be recommending her to everyone we know and will keep her mind for future photography needs.

Amanda is an amazing person and photographer. She was able to capture some of the most incredible pictures for moments in mine and my family’s lives that will be precious forever.I had the maternity and new born package, I heard of her from my boyfriends family, she being a family friend. I have never gotten professional photos done (other than the generic school pictures throughout life), so I wasn’t sure what I was looking for so on. But I saw this package and compared prices- it had both maternity and newborn photography sessions but also hair and make up for the maternity shoot too!! I was so excited.The maternity shoot was literally perfect. It was at grandbend beach, where Amanda took us to a beautiful spot during the sunset. See photos for reference. She did my hair and make up so well, and the photos came out stunning.Then we had the new born photo shoot in her studio after my son was born, he was 5 days old and she treated and handled him with so much care I had no worries at all letting her take pictures of him and positioning him so on. She knew how much him being a Leo (star sign) meant to me so she even got a little knitted lion for the photos for him as a complimentary gift, literally went above and beyond for us to make it special. She also was very thoughtful to honour that we lost our sons twin (in the womb) and put together a special photo to memorialize that. It meant the world to us.We even also had my boyfriends family have everyone do a full family photo shoot together she captured a few with just ours together too. It was a fun time, her studio was decorated for Christmas and it was beautiful! She was able to capture a bunch of great pictures even with a large family (with even kids running around) which sometimes isn’t easy to get everyone to focus! She did amazing and these are photos to cherish forever.Amanda’s a very down to earth, caring and communicative/professional person. Whenever there was some kind of hiccup on my end she was super understanding, and if there was any small issues on her end, she messaged me immediately apologized and offered compensation in some way and updates all the while. So I never was worried or confused on what was going on.I literally recommend her to everyone I talk to if they are looking photos to be done, at a reasonable price and done well by someone who is passionate and also very easy to work with. Any major events in my life that come up (like wedding one day or any future children ect) I will be definitely going to her to capture the moments for me and my family.

Amanda did our maternity photos and newborn photos and will definitely be doing all of our family photos from now on! She captured our family so perfectly. She was professional and full of creative ideas. She also was open to any poses we wanted to try as well. I highly recommend Sweet Oak Photography you can't go wrong!
