He has been nothing but helpful. If only he could have kept the cold temperatures away so we could finish one of our projects! Dave helped us focus on aspects that would generate interest from buyers, which was a huge help. Once our home was on the market, he has handled everything with through communications and explanations of the complicated process these transactions have become in today’s market.
