I loved my interaction with Dave when i went to buy a new mattress! He is so kind, personable, and genuinely wants the best for you. I highly recommend getting a mattress from this location, you won't be disappointed :)

Had an awesome experience buying a mattress at this store. Joe the salesman was great and steered me in the right direction to finding the perfect mattress (I'm a stomach sleeper so needed something firm, yet comfy). Delivery went smoothly, no issues. I sleep SO well in my new bed, the eurotop is heavenly!

Had been here before and always had good service. Visited in July and again in Nov. Dave is a great sales guy who's friendly and helpful and had no problem with giving us a good deal. The delivery guys Ahmed and teammate were also great. Took away our old mattress and installed the new one all under 5 mins. Good store, good sales people, and good delivery people. Highly recommend.

Salesman was so busy trying to upsell me that he didn't listen to my request. Instead he assured me what I wanted was in stock.... which was not the case. Apparently they change their designs annually. (This would have been nice to know at the first visit).They were able to accommodate our request when we returned to the store but once again was so busy trying to make a sale that he didn't listen to what I was asking of him. He needed to be told three times to go over the details of the transaction with my husband. Customer service is lacking at this location!

Bought an $89 pillow. The salesman told us it was $99 but he would give us $10 off because we were nice. Later noticed on the website the price was always $89. However the website also said buy one get one free". No one told us that at purchase. We went back the next day and mentioned this deal. They admitted it was indeed a promotion but didn't have the other one in stock. It sort of leaves a bad taste in the mouth when this info is omitted. However once it was suggested that maybe they could then make it up to us by giving us the value of the 2nd pillow (which they didn't have) and put it towards another

Salesman was knowledgeable and nice. Was on my 3rd attempt for delivery and store cancelled... when contacting customer service to explain my lost time and inconveniences to my life schedule, I was basically told to accept it. Have now cancelled my order and will not support this business.

I needed to get a mattress for myself and my mom. We both have poor backs and I had a lot questions and concerns. Not to mention, I work in customer service myself so I know what quality service is about. Well, I was AMAZED at the service Abhi provided at the Hastings location. He was patient, thorough, and answered all my questions. Even following the initial visit, every time I called with changes, questions, and ordering of other products; Abhi always answered my calls with kindness and support. I would highly recommend seeing Abhi at the Burnaby locations. Happy (rested) customer!

The service here was so nice! I forget the be of the lady who helped me but she was lovely. As well I got my mattress delivered and they took it right into my bedroom for me which was a great help. Would definitely recommend getting your mattress here! Plenty of selection and knowledgeable staff

Katerina mattress is very comfortable and I slept better. Dave is friendly and pleasant to talk to on the phone. Timely delivery. Thumbs up to sales and delivery staff.

Love the service, we have bought all our beds off of Dave. Even gone back to see Dave for mattress covers and pillow cases. Love the service we get when we go in. I have recommended this location to all my friends and to ask for Dave.
