I liked the friendly, family atmosphere at the clinic. The Optiko team are amazing people with very positive attitudes. The optometrist was knowledgeable and explains things so well that even kids understand what she was doing. I would definitely recommend Optiko to anyone who needs new glasses or an eye exam.

Hands down the best place I have ever taken my son. He is so hyper and inquisitive, Dr Sidu had the most patience for him and made his experience exciting.The front end staff made it fun for him trying on his first pair of glasses.

I feel very fortunate to have crossed paths with such a great clinic! I went to Optiko for a routine eye exam and the doctor was very meticuous and informative. The staff made me feel comfortable and valued as a patient throughout the entirety of my visit. Will certainly go back for future exams and new glasses.

Optiko staff were very knowledgeable and considerate! I was thankful they didn’t push me to buy a pair right away and waited until I found the right pair. After two days of use, I’m stull happy with my glasses.

I Purchase my glasses Jan 27, 2023 by the time I got it it April 17,2023 and time I got everything is wrong the lenses is to big not the actually lenses I wanted. When I voice my concern they told me I was wrong and lying and they try to argue with me instead of fixing the problem and when I ask show me the exact glasses in the showroom they say they don't have in, and when I ask about show in you website they say they site is not working so they can't show me anything just take whatever they give me pretty much. none of the employee is willing to help or even try helping. I will never buy ever again from this place or encourage anyone to buy from this place if I could give them o start or lower I will.

10/10. Excellent experience from arrival to departure. Was able to book my appointment online and they were able to directly bill my insurance. My exam was prompt and I didn’t feel rushed. The optometrist was very polite and able to address my concerns in an informative and efficient manner. The rest of the team was also hospitable and helped me pick out a pair of glasses suitable to my needs. I am very happy with this clinic and would recommend.

Excellent front desk staff. They know their stuff and are very hospitable, making everything as smooth and easy as possible. I was very happy to hear that they offered direct billing as dealing with insurance can be such a pain. Going forwards, Optiko is my eye clinic of choice.

I had a fantastic experience at Optiko! Dr. Sidhu is by far the best, most thoughtful, thorough optometrist I have ever seen, and I have shopped around for many as proper medical care and finding the best medical professionals is a top priority for me. I live in the Deep South and I will keep coming back to her in the future despite the long commute! She has the most advanced equipment, and managed to find potential trouble spots in my eyes that need watching that other optometrists have missed in the past!The other staff were also very patient and wonderful with me. They allowed me to take all the time I wanted trying on glasses, helping me choose the perfect lenses that were also within my budget yet were higher quality than those that I had gotten at Cosco or other large chain stores in the past!Overall the absolute best optical experience I have ever had! I will be recommending Optiko to all my family and friends!

Came to this clinic after being treated like an ATM at the office I had been going to for the last three years. Was greeted warmly by the front desk staff, who were very knowledgeable and helpful. The optometrist gave me a comprehensive and methodical exam, she was compassionate and made me feel like my eye health was her priority.
