We needed help with our existing railing due to a deck expansion. They helped get us what we needed to move our existing panel to a new spot. Plus they fixed a few things with existing railing for us witjout nickle and diming. The gentleman who came to do the work was so polite, helpful and willing to help get everything done right. This company was less than half the cost I was quoted by another company in the area (that was obviously gouging). We felt that they did exceptional work, were honest and reasonable. I highly recommend you get a quote from this company. We will use them in the future when we some day upgrade our stair case.

We recently purchased a newly updated home, that has a staircase in the middle of the home. The previous owners had refinished the stairs but did not reinstall the railing. We liked the look of no railing, however with 2 disabled children in the home, not having a railing was not an option.We had contacted Palermo Railings, and they were quick to reply and with in a week they had come out and take measurements and photos. We then went to their office and spoke to Rene where he was able to show us examples of what some of our options were. Rene listened to what we were looking for and helped us make the decision to install a glass railing.The crew at Palermo Railings were very easy to work with. They were flexible and understanding, even when we made some last minute changes once the install began. They were even able to manufacture finishing trim to match what the previous owners had already in place. Their years of carpentry experience allowed them to work around every challenge a 50 year old home could offer, and helped make our vision come true. Palermo Railings recently installed two aluminum gates for my backyard. Mike did a great job in installing the gates. Definitely would recommend Palermo to anyone needing fencing or railings.

Rene and his team did a glass railing for our basement stairway. The end result was a nicely finished project. There were a few challenges along the way but Rene ensured that the challenges were met and he went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the end result.
