From the initial contact/communication with Heather until the final and actual task with Adam, Miller Plumbing & Drainage was super quick to respond, professional and easy to deal with. Adam knew his trade and he’s quick and efficient. My dad likes watching projects getting done and Adam didn’t mind as my dad watched and asked questions. Honest people and very reasonable prices. We called Adam to clean out a drainage system due to odour in our sinks. Adam investigated sinks and said the drainage isn’t the cause of odour.Instead its most likely the sink strainer area as the one we have traps food and is difficult to remove odour. We gave him the go ahead to replace both sink strainers. Adam was easy to talk to you and my father felt that he was very honest. Personally, I don’t live in the lower mainland and I feel good that if my parents have any plumbing issues then Adam will take care of them honestly. We highly recommend him and thank him for his honesty and reliability.

We have used Miller three times, most recently for a toilet repair (the first two times were fixing a blocked common drain, and helping us replace a dishwasher that had been badly installed by the builder). Not only is the company responsive, the work has always been thorough and fairly priced. We will continue to use Miller for all of our plumbing needs.

Adam provided incredible service from start to finish - he diagnosed the problem straight away on the phone (after I provided a video), came by promptly the next morning and fixed the toilet with the utmost care. They responded my email/phone call and Heather gave estimate. Adam called and responded within 15 minutes.He replaced 2 faucets within an hour with excellent work.He is the one plumber you can trust.Very happy with his work and they charged me reasonably and guaranteed I yr. on the 2 faucets.
