My Kenmore washer stopped working mid cycle, wouldn’t turn on and locked the clothes inside of it. I called this company and scheduled an appointment for the morning after between 9-11. A technician under the name Eyal have arrived to diagnose the problem and found it was a issue with the control board. After providing me with all the information needed, and explaining to me pricing in detail, he arrived the day after with an original replacement part for my washer. I was pleasantly surprised with the fact that in less than 24 hours my washer was up and running again. Eyal also provided me with some nice tips on how to keep my washer running more efficiently and preventative measures that needs to be taken in order to keep its life span.Efficient. Fast and pleasant. Give those guys a call if in need.

Really enjoyed working with Smart Appliance Repairs. Those guys really know their stuff. I reached out to them regarding my Frigidaire dishwasher which stopped washing the dishes and was making a very weird noise. The repair was done by Eyal who knew to tell me the problem in advance and arrived with the part in stock already. Needless to say it’s been a while since I’ve enjoyed such pleasant service and I’ll for sure use their services in the future.

The team at Smart Appliance was very professional and diligent. They installed our new dual oven very quickly and cleanly - it looks great and works flawlessly. They consulted me along the way to select the right new oven combo to replace the built in one that failed a few weeks ago. I highly recommend them!

I moved into a new place around Vaughan area and had issues with my Whirlpool washer. The company sent out Eyal to repair the issue and he was awesome. He was prompt, personable, and above all, very knowledgeable and qualified. He was quick with the repair and receiving the part. I would highly recommend.

My refrigerator wasn’t cooling appropriately and I called and set up an appointment. First win… they were able to get me in on the same day. That’s awesome. Second, they called and wanted to come early. My response.. absolutely! When Eyal showed up he showed my girlfriend what was wrong and they had the parts available. She had nothing but good things to say about the level of professionalism he had which is why I am writing a review. Good companies and good workers are hard to find today. I have used this company’s services couple of times and thought to share my opinion with the rest of you who haven’t yet.1. Very fast and very reliable. My first interaction with them was half a year ago when my Samsung dryer stopped heating. I placed a request for a technician to arrive and was told a technician named Eric can be there SAME DAY around afternoon time.2. Informative and friendly. After the arrival of Eric to my Condo he diagnosed the dryer, and explained to me in detail what was the problem (Thermal fuse) and what are some probable causes. I received a very well organized and detailed quote with reasonable pricing and warranty included After which I’ve decided to repair the dryer (Dryer was repaired on the spot and I didn’t have any issues with it ever since)I’ve used them one more time afterwards for a drain pump replacement in my Washer.Very recommended company, would definitely call again if needed!
