AVOID AVOID AVOID. This shop was once in St Catharines, and was most likely moved to Wainfleet in attempt to escape their terrible reputation. The owner James is who I dealt with when I and my brother used this shop, and it was the absolute most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with. Don’t expect your car to be fixed when he said it’ll be done, expect a few weeks on top of that. My brother spent thousands at this shop as a teenager, constantly returning for the same problem. I had a subframe done on a Mazda protege and got my car back with engine mount bolts half out, subframe bolts broken or missing, steering rack mount bolts missing, holes torched through the body and not patched. After picking my car up I lost almost all steering within 20km because of the steering rack shifting. After confronting James about this he became irate, saying its going to cost more to fix his negligence. After arguing he began choking my brother up against the wall of his shop. Cops were called on scene and he refused to allow access to his camera footage. I have been in the trade 5 years, so this is not an uneducated stance on this business. Terrible business practices, terrible work quality, terrible communication. There is nothing desirable about this shop. Use Siders Automotive or Heemskirks in wainfleet instead, you will be disappointed you even gave JJ a chance.
