Specsavers Sevenoaks Shopping Centre
As one of the only optical places open on Sundays, I was in a bind when my glasses broke, I had no remaining contacts as backup and within 15 minutes the SpecSaver employees were able to get me my prescription contact lenses. 12/10 would recommend this place for contact lenses. I will be stopping by their location to look for new glasses and am confident they will be equally as helpful, knowledgeable and well-priced. Thank you again SpecSavers!

I've been a patient/customer when it was Image Optical for a few years and I had no problems. They were kind, professional, curtious and answered their phones. Once it changed over to Specsavers, it seems like nobody wants to answer the phones. They mailed me a reminder to book my yearly appointment by a certain date, so I tried calling 5 times in one day and no one answered. This says a lot about how much they value their customer base. I simply don't have the time nor the patience to phone 10 times a day hoping someone will eventually pick up the phone. Time to find another optician who wants to book patients.

Very friendly and knowledgable staff. Excellent value for my dollar. I bought two pairs of top of the line progressives (regular frame and sunglasses!) for the price of one pair at my optometrists.

Specsavers Sevenoaks Shopping Centre
It was my first time at Specsavers, I went in for an eye exam and to get a new pair of glasses yesterday and got everything I needed which was very nice. All of the staff were welcoming and friendly, Eddie was very patient when I was choosing my glasses and made sure my experience was great. I definitely will be coming back in the future, thanks to Eddie and the rest of the staff:)

The staff here is so nice! Gagan , Allison and Meghan all spent so much time with me, helping me pick out the right frames and I'm so indecisive but they were so patient! The whole staff and team working there is amazing.

When your optometrist can't fit you in for a possible detached retina and tells you to look else where for care if I'm concerned.......really???!!! I phoned you in the first place because I was concerned and if you can't open up a 15 minute spot in 2 working days, for an examination for a regular customer I call that very poor customer service!!!

I wasnt happy with my pervious Optometrist so I decided to give them a shot and I was extremely happy with them. They were very thorough when I was getting my eye exam. The staff was very helpful.

The staff were amazing. I felt bad that i did not make an appointment. I dont even know if we are to make an appointment to get new glasses. The glasses were ready before the 14-day timeline. I felt better when i went back to pick them up. They were not as busy. The girls were great. Just a very slight adjustment. Wow i can see even better. Thank you.

Terrible management. Extremely belittling. Only good experience was with customer service rep, Megan. Positive attitude and was able to help me look for frames that suited my face. Ended up taking my business elsewhere.
