Ontario Travel Information Centre - Pigeon River
It was closed when we were there in the beginning of November but was a great place to park for the Provencal park. The parking lot is big enough for patrons to go to two different parts of the park. We choose the Pigeon river falls. You start out along the highway and then you go underneath through large culverts. From there you take a Nice walk to the edge of the falls. Many other things to see also along the way. It's a must stop

Staff here were very friendly and helpful. Lots of brochures describing attractions. Clean restrooms too. This place is immediately after entering Canadian customs so watch for it!

Lovely park and rest area. We enjoyed walking the trails to Lake Superior and also the Pigeon River waterfalls nearby. The bathrooms were clean and there was a lovely little gift shop with Canada souvenirs. Also vending and plenty of travel information.

Ontario Travel Information Centre - Pigeon River
This visitors center is right after you enter Canada, or right before you leave. The bathrooms were clean and there were employees present in a information area. If you have time, there are several fairly short hikes that start from this parking lot. The path to the lake is very accessible with a boardwalk the full way. The path to the falls is less accessible and may be a challenge if you have mobility concerns. But it's absolutely beautiful and worth the time spent!

We came in to use the restrooms and get a map to explore the trails in the park. The bathrooms were clean, and the staff were helpful and friendly.

Went to the duty free shop before leaving Canada....was very disappointed in the small selection of trinkets available for purchase. They did have very nice rest rooms and a vending machine with snacks. Plus a wonderful wooden boardwalk and a nice dirt path one could discover and stretch their legs on.

The information center building looks nice, plenty of parking spots, there is a well marked hiking trail map signage in parking lot. The building closed at 4:00pm. There are no washrooms outside the building.
