Always great. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Even though they're volunteers, they love doing the job in sharing maple syrup knowledge. They're all very good at what they do, and I enjoy the lessons being given from different volunteers every time we go. My kids are 4, 2.5 and 5 mths this year and it was great. Last year it poured but we still had fun bc we dressed accordingly.Pancakes and sausages are always spot on. Coffee and hot chocolate are hot and self-serve. You can purchase maple syrup, lollipops, and candies while supplies last. Proceeds goes right back to Kinsman. Thank you for the memories!

What a great experience. I grew up in Quebec and only recently moved to Ontario, so going to a decent sugar shack was an experience I was missing. This had a great atmosphere, staff were really friendly and welcoming, the food was served superfast and well cooked. There were two wood stoves going which really warmed up the place. There was a nice hayride and provided the history of maple syrup.

Great place to spend some time learning about the history of maple syrup, and the excellent work done by the Kinsmen in the community. The pancakes are super delicious, too! Lots of outdoor seating available.

We went on Family day weekend. Loved the timed arrivals. Our guide Art was great. Pancakes were good but the best part was the Maple Ice Cream. Can’t wait to come back again soon.

We went back in March 2022.Wintery day.Horse drawn wagon rides were great, I took a blanket to sit on and partially cover our legs.The Food was really good and not pricey, very reasonable.I think it was $16 for 3 of us.It does depend on what you order.A little chilly in the building but we survived.We enjoyed it so much, we are going back for breakfast on Good Friday.Looking forward to it again.My husband had never saw the real thing....he took in all the information.Well organized.Food came quickly.After eating, then the horse drawn wagon ride was done and we were leaving husband says we definitely will do that again.Nice putting.

We had a great experience and a very delicious morning here. We started with the pancakes and sausages and tried the maple ice cream which I highly recommend! We then did the wagon ride for the guided tour. It was a little colder but we still had a great time. We of course finished our morning by buying maple syrup and Maple Cotton Candy which everyone loved! I recommend making a reservation for 9 or 9:15. That way you have some time to enjoy breakfast and then get outside to hop on the first wagon ride and tour at about 10am. Overall, excellent time and my 3 year old keeps talking about it :)

You can't wash your hands! People use the portable toilet outside the building, no one washes their hands. Do the waiters wash? No sink, no faucet!Polite employees, reasonable price. Nice presentation. We loved the tour, but we got very infected. The children vomited and had diarrhea all day. They could not get out of bed.
