What a great experience while shopping for an engagement ring. Alex walked me through every step, her knowledge was amazing. The team brought in a special order item in time for a Christmas trip. When returning to get the ring sized everyone was so helpful and genuinely cared about the experience as well. I can’t recommend this store enough.

I had lost the centre diamond out of my engagement ring, which I have had for 33 years. I was heartbroken, but Jaimie assured me that I was in good hands and they could restore my ring. They did not disappoint! My ring is gorgeous and looks like new! Not only did they fix it in less than a week, in-house, but it was cleaned and polished til it sparkled. Also gave me an appraisal that I requested. And Jaimie told me I could bring it in to be checked and cleaned anytime at no charge. I will definitely bring other jewelry in for repair, cleaning or appraisal.Thanks Jaimie and the whole GMG team!

The customer service representatives that helped me were amazing! The only thing that would have made this 5 stars is if they got the job done right the first time. I got my engagement ring reset because it was a bit bent and when they called me in to pick up my items it was still bent, but nicely clean and shiny. Another thing is that I brought a necklace in to get engraved and I wanted something on the front and the back and only one side was engraved. I had to wait another handful of days for this to be complete. During this time I was able to drop off another necklace to get cleaned and a very special ring to get resized. All in all, their service was amazing!

I highly recommend GMG Jewellers. My fiancé worked with April to create a custom engagement ring which I adore, and then we both worked with her for our wedding bands. I decided on designing a custom wedding band to match the engagement ring and April was so helpful the entire time. She offered 2 different wax models so I could decide on the perfect setting before the band was made and she kept me updated on their progress the entire time. She always answered all of my questions and never tried to push me to decide before I was ready. If we ever decide to get an anniversary band, we will go back to her for sure!
