I just recently transferred my drugstore account to PHARMASAVE and I’m very pleased that I did. The transferring process was easy and didn’t take long…just a phone call. The service that I receive here is prompt and the staff is very helpful and friendly. I am completely satisfied with their expertise and would highly recommend this drugstore to anyone.

I’ve been with them for months now and they’re hands down the best pharmacy I’ve ever been with. They know me the second I walk into the door. Literally will help you with anything and don’t just want you for your money. They’re willing to bend over backwards to make sure you are not without. Very knowledgeable, love it here.

Hands down , this is the best pharmacy in our Niagara region..ALL of the pharmacists and their assistants are BEYOND knowledgeable, compassionate and caring... They take the time to answer ALL your questions and never rush you , like larger chain type pharmacies do...Sooooo beyond greatful to Unnati, Vic, Sanjay and all the other amazing staff....❤️

Staff and owners are extremely pleasant and friendly. They genuinely care about the well being of their clients. They go over and beyond to help their clients and make sure we understand everything. They are always willing to open early or stay late to help their client refills. The most important quality they have in my opinion is never maki you feel judged. Of all the pharmacies in the welland area, hands down, the best pharmacy and only pharmacy I will use.Thank you for your wonderful service !

I had been using a complex compound cream for years. Moving from the Whitby area I couldn't find anywhere here that used the same base as iI had been using. They found out how to get that base and even called the pharmacy I had been using. They alerted me to the fact that the base was not supposed to be used in the mouth. The pharmacy in Whitby didn't know this. The pharmacist here changed the base and rushed to get it ready for me. Very helpful people and really work with you. I would still be using the other base if it wasn't for them. Very glad I found them!

TLDR: remembers me, problem solvers, lovely ownersThis pharmacy has been the best customer service I’ve ever had with a pharmacy in my 37 years of living.1- they remember me (never happens in the medical field anymore)2- they problem solve with me (when I switched doctors they gave me good advice to continue my prescriptions without interruption)3- the wife/husband duo as owners are just great people, and run a great practice
