First time here and really outstanding. Kinda sad it took us so long to get here. Some of the best pizza I have had in the city. Soft and firm all at the same time, what’s a girl not to love about that!! Portion sizes were large and we couldn’t finish everything! Service was absolutely phenomenal, so kind and warm, nothing left wanted for. 10/1 can’t wait to come back.

We went there on a rainy evening. The selections of the menu were pretty good. We ordered two pizzas, one pasta and one appetizer for four of us. Good portion and tasty.

One of the best Italian pizza place. I felt this was the most authentic Italian near downtown. Great service, reasonably priced and nice ambiance.

Ordered the candied pear arugula salad, Margherita pizza and funghi pizza. All tasted great. If you like mushrooms, the fungi was really nice - great depth of flavour and very savoury. Tomato sauce on the Marguerita tasted very clean - solid choice as well. Crusts were nice and thin, with a good chew factor.We came an hour before closing and it was still quite busy, but the food came out hot and fast! The interior of the restaurant is designed very beautifully, but due to the number of hard surfaces throughout, it was quite loud from ambient noise and conversations echoing.

Finally visited with friends and had a lovely dinner here. This cozy pizzeria had great options and the service was incredible. When asked about topping substitutions to make the pizza vegetarian, we got a detailed response with care. The server was great and the food was delicious. I got the Chorizo Salami & Chili Honey pizza and it was incredible. We each got a pizza and I also tried the Arancini Tartufo which was great as well. We will definitely be coming back!

This was our first time to Novo, as we were going to the Carol King show at the Stanley. Heather at the entrance was so lovely making sure we had a great seat in the shade on the patio.Marius the general manager was right away to greet us. A beautiful mimosas, buratta to start is a MUST!!!Potato pizza 11/10Bolognese papadelli 10/10Cacio Pepe 10000000/10Will was our server, attentive, funny and so kind.Honestly 1.5 hours - no room for desertWashrooms very clean, and lovely smelling hand soap!! That’s a plus to meThank you Marius and WillTop Notch - you gotta eat here

Came in for lunch and had a wonderful server. Our drinks were delicious and food was delightful. The menu is small, which I like and trust in a restaurant. I didn’t order wine but their wine list was superb. The sauce on the pasta was slightly acidic (more than I enjoy) however I will return again for supper.
