Have always dealt with Nishi Gill as my advisor. She is very knowledgeable and always looks our for me when it comes to my finances. Would recommend her to anyone.

Amazing branch. Super friendly and helpful and go out of there way to help everyone. We have been dealing with them on a personal and business level for over 10 years and would recommend them just about over anyone else.

Went to this location to update some information on an investment. Met with the Financial Officer who went over my investments. I found him to be knowledgeable and friendly. While Envision is not my regular financial institution I would heartily recommend this location.There is plenty of parking and lots of stores nearby.

I was thinking twice before to make this review. As a bussiness owner , I understand how is the feeling to get a public bad review , but when I got home and I realized that my Alexa is treating me more human than the receptionist that I had to deal with on this morning ,at the breach .I want to mention that I’m a member of CC and I used them ATM to make a large deposit . Unfortunately, the ATM didn’t return my debit card and I had to call my bank to put my debit card on “watch” till next day. I went to Envision branch next morning and they confirmed that the have the card and Eder that I confirmed my card number, provided my DL and a copy of the ATM receipt from the day before deposit they refused to return it because the debit card didn’t have my name on it .FYI none of the cards that I used in my last 10 years had my name/ company on it - this is how CC is providing .I had to go to my bank to cancel the old debit bussiness card, activate new one, reset everything online for acress , etc . Really frustrating and very poor service , attitudine of the stuff .They pretend that are in control , but just can not deliver it .

Moved all my personal and business banking over to envision from td bank and have great success with knowledgeable staff. All my new seevices were set up in a timely manor with no issue for me. They took great care of all my needs.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! used to be a great credit union until it merged with First West. They actually transfer funds from family members to cover an overdrawn account! Took money from my 17 yr old son's account! If there is stop payment on any cheques made out to you, you get penalized and then they slap you with a 10 day hold on ALL cheques! Also, you cannot reach any branch directly to discuss your account, you have to go through a call centre now which places you on hold for obscene amounts of time...It is in your best interest to stay away!

Not happy with all the recent changes. Went envision for the last 20 years because we wanted to be with a smaller, local, friendly bank. Now they no longer let you call your branch, you have to call the 1-888 number and sit on hold for 45mins. Fees keep going up on my business accounts and the personal account features are dated and slow (especially the app). Almost at the point where I am looking to move both my business accounts and personal ones to another local bank for a better experience.

I have been dealing with Envision for over 25 years and their “we are here for you” is lacking when they close down all their Surrey branches except one on Scott Rd. which is suppose to service more than 500,000 plus people living in Surrey while my backup financial institution Coast Capital still has 5 branches open and operating in Surrey. Some things still have to be done person to person rather than an ATM. Once this virus crises is over I will reflect whether I remain a client. UPDATE: Now that September is near over some of the closed branches are coming on line. I do believe we had an over reaction by Management that their own employees do go grocery shopping, the liquor store, eyes checked or chiropractor or even pump gas into their cars exposing themselves to the Virus and even sending their kids to school. All financial institutions are looking for excuses to save a dollar at the inconvenience of their customers.

I just purchased my first home, and Envision is my mortgage provider. The financial advisor that helped me through this process; Simran Angi, was delightful! She explained everything in great detail which really eased my nerves, and she was super helpful all around! I highly recommend her services for any of your financial needs.Thank you Simran & the rest of the team at the South Point Branch !
