Salesperson Natalya was amazing.Admin/front desk system sucks.Close the deal since May 2022 but,they haven't sent first payment commission check.Their system is not as good as other developers/developers sales and marketing department.I can't really contact the right department.I was stuck with the front desk all the time that doesn't want to connect me to the right department.I think that I will think twice before getting another unit with them.

The sales team is not really impressed and professional at all!Once the cheque was dropped off, you were not respectful and appreciated your business, just wanted to wash you away as soon as possible! Saying their project of the building units are hottest, in another word they don’t care about one client is satisfied or not! The unit is very easy to sell.The sales rep was very phoney and asked you if you have any questions but won’t give you time to ask and talk at all, the feeling was like you are not welcomed and should get out of the office since the cheque had been dropped off.They brought pandemic as excuse to urge you walk out of the door, saying the room capacity had limit but we had just total three clients in the room at that moment, even there was nobody coming in when we left at least 10 minutes after!!! How it comes room capacity, they don’t want to work with customers except collect cheques!
