Good businesses understand that the best practice is to help others. Today, Shane offered help to someone on facebook that was having a concern with their AC unit. The person wasn't able to get a tech out to their home and the problem had been ongoing for 24 hrs. Shane willingly shared some suggestions and his phone number for ther person to give him a call. He could have offered a service call and charged weekend emergency rates but instead he took the time to try and help solve the problem at no charge.I haven't ever had need of Shane's services myself and I don't know him personally but his willingness to help a stranger just ensured that if I ever do need the services they offer All Things Mechanical will be my first call.

We were in town caring for my elderly father whose dishwasher had failed. Thank goodness Shane had a cancellation and could come help out. We can truly say that we have never dealt with a more accommodating business. We have already recommended Shane and Nick to our dads neighbours. Fantastic company, wonderful work, reasonable priced! Shane is an outstanding tradesperson! These guys are tremendous in their abilities, knowledge and expertise. Their professionalism is excellent. The work they performed installing our downdraft countertop gas stove was superior, as was the time it took and the rates were excellent. By far one of the best experiences I have encountered in Kamloops. Unfortunately, we came home to a leaking Hot water tank recently. Shane and Nick had it replaced by the following afternoon. I wish there were more of you out there. Thank you again for the awesome service.
