Century Wedding Barn

My daughter's wedding was held here the first weekend in October of 2017 - the location is stunning and the owners were adding a pond which will be beautiful for photos this year. The owner Sylvia was great to work with - she has a very detailed contract so everyone is fully aware of the rules and expectations. She had tables and chairs for ceremony and reception - the barn itself is rustic and just gorgeous - lots of lighting already throughout including gorgeous chandeliers...separate bar area, a covered front porch and on a beautiful fall night we were able to throw the large barn doors open and dancing could spill out onto the porch. The hosts provide outside cruiser tables. We had a buffet set up in a separate area and there was a small charming room that we set up as a desert parlor" - we had a blast staging the barn with antiques and rustic elements we already had or which we picked up - although this isn't needed as the barn speaks for itself. Even had room for a photo booth. Gorgeous areas for photo ops - it is only 20 minutes north of London so we rented a school bus to shuttle guests and wedding party to two hotels in the north part of London - we found a fantastic bed and breakfast in Ailsa Craig. I can't say enough about how truly magical this location is or thank Sylvia enough for allowing us to hold this very special day here."

Century Wedding Barn was perfect for our September wedding. Sylvia was wonderful to work with and answered all our questions. Our day went great with not a single problem. Her staff were friendly and Sylvia herself was so helpful at the end of the night as we cleaned up. As long as you follow the rules in place, which are in place for very good reasons you won’t have any issues.Thank you Century Wedding Barn for helping Ian and I have the wedding of our dreams! Definitely a five star venue. The grounds are perfectly manicured. The vintage barn has been carefully restored to retain it's original, rustic charm but with newly added modern, indoor washrooms, a bridal suite and lots of extra space for dining, dancing or just quiet conversation away from the crowd. The staff was amazing. They were welcoming and friendly and constantly looking for ways to make our experience more enjoyable. A lot of pride and love has clearly gone into this venue. If you are looking to host an elegant affair but with a relaxed, country charm, this would be the perfect place.

I had the honour of getting married at Century Wedding Barn a few weeks and wow it is an absolutely breath taking venue! I truly could not have dreamed of a more beautiful location to have my wedding. Sylvia and her husband do an incredible job up keeping their property, it is immaculate. We had so many guests complimenting the venue. Sylvia was so helpful leading up to the wedding, answering all my questions and recommending multiple vendors. Thank you so much to Sylvia and her staff for helping make our wedding dreams come true.

What a great country gem!Beautiful grounds and such a nice converted barn.One of my fave venues to work at. Sylvia and Dan are great hosts and their staff is wonderful.All the weddings I do here have very happy guests.Annnd there's a super friendly and sweet cat named Missy that will say hi to you and your guests.Highly recommend!

Great wedding venue. Impressively landscaped, situated and arranged for optimum use. Caterers and wedding planners will be delighted to visit and rent this fascility from the owners for their clients needs.The barn can easily house, a bar, banquet hall, mobile kitchen, and dance floor, additional outside spaces and surrounding area provides garden seating, a pond with bridge and benches provides a scenic space for strolling and rest. Smoking kiosk and additional green spaces add to the grandeur and elegance of this rustic and tasteful venue.Any couple looking to accomodate a wedding of 100-125 plus guest would be lucky if they can book and use this fabulous venue.

We had our wedding here and it was such a beautiful experience! We cannot be happier with the help and understanding Sylvia and the team offered us. The location itself was gorgeous and so private, and the place was always spotless and well-maintained. Sylvia always answered back to our emails and calls.Thank you!

Sylvia and the team at Century Wedding Barn were amazing! From the initial showing right through to the wedding day (which had to be re-scheduled due to the pandemic and Sylvia was so accommodating with this by the way) it was wonderful. The venue and property are beautiful, and there are so many lovely options for ceremony space if you need a plan B weather permitting. Sylvia’s staff were great and it was just the perfect experience, and day. There are some rules to be followed, however they are very reasonable and make sense in order to protect and preserve the barn and grounds, and keep everyone safe. Sylvia continues to make improvements to the barn and venue and it really shows how much care and pride they put into this business. I would recommend to anyone! The venue speaks for itself and is absolutely stunning. The new addition made the perfect back up plan in case of rain and great space for the dance floor. The grounds are kept in beautiful condition and the property is clearly well taken care of. Lots of lights, dried florals and decor already available. Tables and white chairs are all provided and the venue is flexible with vendors to set up the space how it is desired. Sylvia was easy to communicate with, Answered all our questions. As long as your guests respect the rules of the property everyone should have a lovely time!
