The Fermenting Cellar
For a wedding reception venue, this place had tons of space! The food was fantastic and the staff work exceptionally well.I will say, if you are an intuitive person, there may be some paranormal sightings. A faceless figured appeared for my daughter and she was shook. I've never myself experienced any paranormal encounters, but my daughter lets me know any time she has them, and she had one here.

The Fermenting Cellar
Industrial and quaint venue in the heart of the distillery district. The fermenting cellar has a unique atmosphere with raw cement/brick walls and super tall ceilings. With the right decor you can host a beautiful wedding ceremony and reception. Photography is tricky with the dim lighting but we'll trained photographers should have no issues getting gorgeous shots of your big day!

Just had my wedding there on September 25/2021 and all I can say is I’m extremely satisfied with the way everything turned out. The staff was extremely helpful providing me and my husband with whatever we needed, and the food was amazing. Me and my husband received endless amounts of compliments for the beautiful ambience that the venue has. The covid protocols were in place, however it did not take away from anyone’s experience. I would highly recommend using this venue if you are looking for somewhere less traditional than the usual banquet halls.PS the late night el catrin tacos were exceptional

Great venue! Very high ceilings, room for tons of people, sampling stations, two bars and a band! The cement floor can be taxing when you're standing all night. Washrooms were nicely kept. At the event I attended, they had lights which made use of elements of the walls and had funny signs in each of the alcoves. There's even a sloped floor from the front door if you'd like to make a grand entrance!
