BEST nail service in the Kawartha’s. I love this place! I always let the nail tech choose the design and colours and they do such a good job.

My go to spot for an amazing mani pedi! Sarah does such an amazing job and I am never disappointed! Make sure you visit Faith at the cafe out front to try the best latte in the CKL!

Fantastic staff and service! Always happy with whatever services I've gotten here. I have very sensitive skin and they are always able to accommodate me with all of the products used for my facials and waxing. Would highly recommend them to others!

Rather It is based solely on the customer service experience.Specifically, the cancellation policy is too inflexible.There needs to be some discretion when extenuating circumstances arise. And no consideration was given.Telling someone that a $50 cancellation fee will be applied to their next visit does nothing to encourage or entice them to come back.Especially considering this policy does not appear anywhere on the website, nor was any advice regarding the policy given over the phone at the time of booking.As it is, this is the fastest way to lose a first time client.Not even specialist medical care is this inflexible.

Sil Spa is absolutely amazing! I would recommend it over and over again. The girls are all so kind, wonderful and talented! I’ve never been disappointed leaving Sil Spa. The space is beautiful, everything is clean and fresh. The products they use are fantastic as well! I’m looking forward to my next appointment!

Absolutely LOVE everything about Sil Spa! The service is impeccable, the space is gorgeous, and the vibe is fun and uplifting. I love visiting Michelle for facials or brow lamination, but every single employee there is fantastic and kind.

The women here are amazing! So happy to have a quality service with great products. I have always struggled to find a good place up north and Jess definitely has it going on! And my husband can get a great coffee while he waits for me to finish. Great touch!
