Personally, this was an amazing experience for me for a multitude of reasons. The customer service was absolutely incredible. The technician was very professional and detail oriented. I got exactly what I asked for, if not better. Throughout the entire process, I felt heard and reassured, which was very important for me since it was my first time getting permanent makeup. I want to thank Inna for her incredible work. I have been with her for 5 years. I came to her to redo the permanent eyebrow tattoo. My eyebrows were terrible, the tattoo had a purple-red color, the shape of the eyebrows was terrible and all tattoo artists had problems with applying pigment before, since my skin is very specific and no one has been able to apply the pigment evenly before. Inna advised me to remove the old pigment so that the new pigment is applied evenly and the color does not mix with the old pigment. We did 2 laser sessions, after which the old pigment practically disappeared and after some time Inna made me new gorgeous powdery eyebrows. I couldn't believe my eyes. She was able to apply the pigment the first time and after healing the eyebrows looked great and the pigment looked evenly everywhere, without gaps, as it did before meeting Inna. I periodically make corrections to refresh the color and I am very happy that I found the best and most accurate professional in Montreal. I have rich experience with other tattoo artists, so I can say with confidence that Inna is the TOP professional in her field.
