I have used the services of this company a few times. When I saw traces of mice in my basement the first time, I felt so stressed, but after I got their service, I had no signs of mice in my basement/house for 1.5 years even though they had guaranteed for only 6 months. I got the same service for getting rid of mice in my garage and basement this year. They are very responsive and professional. If you feel that there’s still some activity going on in your house after the service, you can call them and they come back right away for a follow up service for free. You can contact them and talk to someone right away even if it’s a holiday or weekend. You get their service right away. They don’t keep you waiting. They show up on time and do their work clean and fast. AJ is professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful.I highly recommend this company.

They did the treatment for cockroaches in my house but that didn’t work. When I contacted them to tell that I still have the problem they just simply said we did our job and done with that. Completely waste of money with no results. Not recommended to anyone.Reply:I am surprised that you don't even have my name in your database.I talked with you right after the treatment but I was ignored.So I am sharing my experience with your company even if it is too late.I have sent the invoice to the provided email for your reference.

I spent 475$ --- I had a nest on my bed after 2 weeks --- they sent someone over for the second time - she had no mask and spent 10 minutes in my room - telling me it's normal (the first guy spent 30 minutes) - she came up with a can of spray - besides the pump --- the room smelt like no poison - the owner told me sometimes it doesn't smell strong (the person was named Kaylie) --- after spending 475$ there business wanted to sell me covers for 125$ each --- I spent 50$ on covers - this is a disaster for me - 475$ + 175$ + 50$ --- I got ripped off

Kaylie was the tech who came to service my apartment. She was on time. Friendly and personable. She was intelligent and very well informed about her craft. She was even kind enough to share her personal phone number with me incase I had any questions. She was very friendly and did her job well. I am bedbug free and very grateful. I highly recommend the business and Kaylie the tech especially. :)

Kaylie was very professional and knows her stuff. She was on time and took time to explain to me what was the issues i was facing and took care of them. We had spider and rodent infestations in 4 cottages. I totally recomend this company and if you are lucky you will get the super awesome Kaylie.

Luke and AJ are very professional. I had mice and rat issues in my house. When I initially called the company, I was able to get the same day service. Even though I had some issue in the new year even, Luke was able to quickly answer my message and concerns. AJ is definitely an expert. He visited us for a follow-up.
