I called them the morning after locking myself out of my apartment. France was really helpful and I was lucky to be includes in their busy schedule. Shortly after, Eric came and helped me unlock my door. Super pleasant, courteous service at a more reasonable price than other places.

10/10 recommend. I broke my key and couldn’t use my spare key to make a copy in HomeDepot. I was told to visit this store.The lady there was super friendly and helpful. If you have any lock/ key problems, find the lady there, I am sure she can always find the solution for you!

I went in to buy a new dead bolt lock, thinking I would need a new one so I could match the key from my front doors. Madame Boudreau told me I didn't need a whole lock, to just take it apart and bring her the cylinder and she'd make the key fit. She charged me $12 when she could have sold me a brand new lock for three or four times the price. It's rare to encounter such honesty these days when we throw everything out. I can't recommend her shop enough!
