Take it as a feedback or 0 stars for the service I got from your insurance agent Pawan Sidhu.If your staff doesnt have enough information they shouldn’t be working. She gave me false/misleading information. When I was charged for an amount I didn’t authorize for I got back to her and she just disappeared for few days saying I will get back to you to get this concern fixed. She came back to give some explanation that didn’t make sense to me. She should have either discussed it earlier or answered my questions about payment when I asked her with clarity. I have all chats and emails about same. I don’t want to get into filing a fraudulent case as I don’t have time for it but for the sake of completing your sales target they should not be giving this tough time to customers. I had been charged from my bank as well as their were not sufficient funds ! There was amount I agreed for and not what was wrongfully charged. So disappointed ! She did same with others as well where she charged for insurance even after cancellation. Worst experience. Not recommending this company to anyone.
