This review is specifically for the good employee who helped me named Ben.I was trying to get the benefits of my warranty for my airpods pro and no one was helping me WHICH IS THEIR JOB! They were sending me person to person, eventually I walked to the Geek Squads front desk where I was noticed by Ben. He stopped what he was doing and quickly came to the front desk from the back and offered me his ear. I explained everything, how much difficulty I’ve been facing trying to get the benefits of my warranty and expressing how I just want it to be over with. To him it was like hearing what does 2 + 2 =? He knew exactly what to do and thoroughly explained me step by step what to do. Then he insisted allow him to take care of it for it was really simple, I gave him my receipt and he went to the back on his computer and punched in all my essential credentials necessary for the warranty application. Within 2 minutes time he was done and I was all set to go. Now that is what you call good business!I can now happily say I have received my e-receipt from best buy.Thank you so much Ben!!!

I purchased a phone with bestbuy and the geeksquad coverage was included for 3 month, they told me I could cancel the coverage after the 3 months, so I did that and a couple of months later they started to charge me for the coverage again without my consent, it's been almost 8 months later and they still can't cancel the monthly coverage charge, I'm tired of calling their call center, they are so unprofessional and would never buy again from bestbuy/geeksquad. I will need to take legal advice on this situation.

Great services. I wanted to buy a ssd and they had it for 129$ after discount onthe black Friday, I told them that I wanted to price match with amazon. They did the price match for me and and they were happy and fast. Thanks

Worse place ever to get a hold of anyone.They dont have time to answer a phone call at all.Terrible customer service
