Was a bit disappointed, or maybe i was expecting too much from all the good reviews but basically i just thought it was another organic fast food spot... Food was good but very expensive considering the portion sizes. And no off the wall unusual dishes mostly veggies lots of tofu and soups...

DO NOT ORDER THE POUTINE.I had the BLT sandwich and the poutine. The BLT was OKAY at best, not great. It was too bland.The poutine was the worst. Soggy as hell, and tasted like sand.If you're ever here, order something else other than the poutine.

We called ahead of time to make sure the Cooper Branch on Lucerne was open: they told us they will be open and serving customers until 8pm today. We drove over to find the place closing an hour ahead of time, at 7pm. They didn't serve us. I get that people deserve time off, but please don't lie about your hours. We drove over for nothing and left hungry.

We got in at 7pm, the two fellows behind the counter made the coldest soggy fries and cold soggy poutine. They could care less that my wife ate 3 bites of her poutine and threw it away.1st nigh in Montreal andMy wife’s first poutine ever and it was a sad excuse.

Same great taste. Today for the first time in my hundredth visit I tried Falafel as side. Wow, the perfect blend of spices makes your taste buds dance. In addition Troy is an excellent friendly and smiley gentleman who took my tray away when I was done with a great smile.

Montreal-based fast casual vegan restaurant. You feel energized after eating there. The menu is rich and does not disappoint. Soups are good ( should be more hot though), vegan hamburgers were a nice discovery, the salad bowls are well presented and tasty and the coffee is surprisingly good.

A vegan’s McDonald’s. Interesting approach on “healthy” fast-food. The service is pretty quick overall. The burgers are probably the best items on the menu. Eating healthy certainly comes at a price.

It was the first time my partner and I try Copper Branch and we found it excellent. We tried several items on the menu and were impressed by the quality, the taste, and the variety of options available, and we were positively surprised by the size of the dishes that were larger than we expected. It was ready pretty fast too!Our experience had started badly as a small incident happened with an employee, luckily we decided to talk with the manager and he and the other employee worked out the situation to our satisfaction. We were very happy with the service as well at the end.We will return and we recommend this place to vegans and non-vegans equally! I think everyone would appreciate the food as the meals are both very tasty and satisfying!The decoration of this branch is also very nice and I appreciate other things like the availability of a list of the dishes containing common allergens, for example, or recycled paper in the bathroom, among others.

Racism is bad in all its forms, but nothing worse than receiving a racist act from a person who should be against in the first place, ironically from an immigrantToday, I was outraged while visiting this Copper Branch location when my brother was told literally to go back to his country froman employee (Evelyn) when he kindly gave feedback about the meal he was just served: A cold, tasteless meal from a disgruntled employee, a true recipe for disasterThe moment we stepped into the store, Miss Everlyn was in no mood to serve new customers. She was in a hurry, already showing agony to serve a client before us, the store's already in its closing state, all the chairs up, anything but an inviting place to enjoy a meal.She started mumbling that we can no longer sit at the store as it was 9:17 while the store closes at 10 pm. When I kindly reminded that we're 40 minutes away from closing time, her love for us didn't increase at all.Evelyn, you're a shame to Copper Branch and if I were your manager I'll show you the door the next morning when he goes through yesterday's footage and hopefully with sound so he can hear your rubbish and understand my frustration, and to Copper Branch,it's the last time I would set a foot in this location
