Avis Car Rental

Just back from this place for a rental car issue, ridiculous is all I can say. The car definitely has a problem, the fuel tank shows full but the km shows only 63 left. I called customer service yesterday and the agent told me I can go to any store to replace the car. But the old man in this store just rejected my request, he insist the car doesn’t have any issue but the issue is obvious! He laughed at me and say this is a brand new car, then just go to the inner room and let a younger man talk with me, but the younger man cannot make any decision! Forget about the fuel issue, is this how you treat your customers? Laugh then hide? Horrible experience

The worst customer service I have received in the whole world, they don't know how to talk to people, they have staff who don't know how to speak English, they take you out of the store by force and they don't explain the invoice, they only serve to collect Don't waste your time on this rental car or at least not on the one at 62 Sheppard Ave W, North York, ON Shavit is so rude

Cars are not so clean! But it’s near to home, and open on weekends! Staffs are friendly, parking garage is not close to office premises. So, you should check the return location before returning the car.Update: July-2019.. They have moved to a new location which is lot more accessible and has key drop off facility also which I appreciate a lot..

The indian middle aged guy is rude and shouts at you if there is a minor issue with the booking process. Will never get a car from this location from now on.

High quality of cars, easy to access location, fair prices, and welcoming and supportive staff. It is an excellent car rental in North York.

Despite the poor reviews, I found my experience pleasant and professional. The rates are very competitive and were lower compared to the other local car rental places in the area. The car I originally booked was taken but the staff upgraded me to full sized sedan free of charge and was very helpful with answering my questions. The car I used was clean and had no issues when taking it over to the states for a weekend. Return was also easy with the after hours options and key drop off box. The only nitpick I have was that prior to the booking, the phone customer service was not perfect but no one is.

Scam and I have never experienced such a rude, disrespectful and unprofessional service. Actually it wasn’t even supposed to be called a service. A total scam!!!

Shady owner! Comes up with all sorts of rules when the confirmation email says one thing, to make more money.
