Dishonest; Secretive; False representations; To be avoided...Purchased my truck from Duclos Laval in Oct 2022. Used RAM Rebel. They omitted to mentioned that the air suspension on this truck had been removed and replaced by spring suspension. As a result, this truck does not have one of the key selling feature of the 2018 Rebel. The truck I have is now devalued, with a perpetual fault message in the dash board and have lower resale value as a result of their dishonesty.In the month following me leaving with the truck: 4x4 broke down, wheel bearing broken; abs fault; anti slip fault... 2500$ bill an garage since Duclos never replied to any of my calls or emails.As a business owner myself, I pride my self in providing to all my clients transparence and integrity in my work; and above all COMMUNICATION. Something the Duclos team appears to have forgotten about. I have been calling for a week now trying to get an appointment to service the car, left messages and there is no call back. Tried online but never got a confirmation. This is a poor customer quality. If there is staff shortage hire someone remote to book appointments.

Wasting time with this place , i called to ask about hyundai sonata hybrid , i asked the rep on the phone if the car has accident and he said no and you can come try it , we scheduled a visit and i went the next day and the rep there was like am sorry the car doesn't move cause it needs battery and that why we lowered the price , i insisted to have the carfax and i found the car had 2 accident / 3 engine recall and the odometer is way higher than the one on the car at moment .

Ive been here 2 months ago.I was inquiring about how much my vehicle was worth and to find a new one.The information about the vehicle was not very clear.But i was forced into a 250$ deposit on a Saturday.Now, after review i chose not to go with this vehicle.And on a Saturday again, they cannot refund me. But they will take a deposit anytime.And for the record, they told me the deposit was to reserve the truck.When i came back 2 weeks later they could not find it and found that it was sold to someone else.Plus the prices had changed.It is unfortunate i was very motivated and had the means to buy it.But we could not come to terms.All i want is not have to run after my good faith deposit.And now this is what is happening.I hope it can be fixed soon.I definitely will never go back here or even refer someone.

Communication is poor at best. I left voicemails after multiple emails and only got a response when I drove 45 min to talk in person (on 3 occasions).I unfortunately got my car at this dealership- it’s been 3 months and they still won’t return my deposit.This is my 4th car purchase; I’ve never had such bad service at a dealership.I would definitely avoid them.

Terrible experience with this dealership for buying a new car. The staff are terrible in communication. My sales rep did not reply to emails or voice message. I tried to reach the director and he never replied also for 3 weeks. I went there in person and he did not even bother coming out of his office to talk to me. They treat you like beggars, not customers.

Just purchased my first jeep wrangler! The service was impeccable and very friendly! Kevin, the salesman we dealt with was very attentive to our requests and needs. He comes highly recommended! Dimitri" the young man who showed us all the features of our vehicle was extremely enthusiastic and knowledgeable. All in all

Do not buy from Duclos. Avoid at all costs. This was the worst truck buying experience of my life. Communication was horrible. They tried to sell me things I didn't want. Bill of sale had to be changed on pick up date. Could have cost myself thousands if I didn't do my diligence. Went in for saftey has a ton of work to do on the truck. Warrenty and recall work. They are a dodge dealership.Dodge would have paid them to do the work. Just laxy i guess. The picture online and what I agreed to buy had a nice back rack. With all the messing around with the numbers I forgot about it. When I got home I realized it wasn't there. I called they said it broke???? Back racks don't just break. Also realized floor mats where not in the truck. After 3 weeks they finally shipped them. They where not original to the truck and very poor quality so now I have to buy those. Avoid Duclos at all cost just horrible
