I’ve booked many vacations with voyages à rabais, at least 7 of them, and never had any issues. They have the best prices for sure and when or if you have an issue, their staff is very helpful and professional 5⭐️

The company has no care for client servicing and after sale service. Had a substantial credit with the company , was never able to use it online for travel booking. The wait time exceeds an hour to speak to a agent. They inform you that if you want the credit , you must purchase new travel at ur own expense and wait 5 months before getting your money back. It’s a scam.Stay away and book with any other travel agency!A ne pas recommander ! Service désastreux.

Nightmare!!! Worst Experience Ever !!! Stay Away from this Agency !!! There are much better ones on the market!!! Voyage à Rabais, They give you one quote and a confirmation of the reservation by email, ask for the deposit to make the reservation and when they send you the final invoice the final price it’s completely different then the one in your initial quote, I mean a lot higher, it was more then 1000$ added. Called them back right away and the response was sorry we have made a mistake while calculating your quote. I Insisted to talk to a manager or supervisor the answer was it’s not possible, they will have to call you back !!! The supervisor called after a few hours but there was a lot arrogance in her tone and voice and instead of being sorry or apologize for what was done, she was trying to put me at fault or some how responsable !!! I asked for a compensation and the answer was it is not in my power !!! Conclusion: will never do business with them again !!! Be Safe !

I have been booking with Voyages à Rabias for last 10 years and they are always customer oriented, hence why I keep using them. Everything is always clear, no surprises

Their price drop protection is flawed and doesn’t actually protect. We bought a trip and after 7 days of our purchase which is the limit to apply for the price protection, our trip dropped $800! We tried calling and they told us there’s nothing they can do. Not even a portion of the price drop to be given as a credit to a future trip. We won’t be using them in the future. There are other companies offering better service.

They always offer a great service, the website is easy to use and quick, with good updates, and they send you very detailed information and reminders when needed, great support all around, I have been a customer for over 10 years. Keep up the good work Team VAR!
