They don't even know what respect or talk nicely is. Honestly zero customer service. They should go learn how to deal with a customer as they are rude and have attitude. I would never recommended anyone to deal with them .like you can't even compare it to other well known jewelery stores such as Nash or micheal hills or any other jewelery store.

Was in there for the first time ever recently. Massive selections. Haven't had a chance to see if priced fairly yet but the guy is quite nice. Has an on site jeweler and was able to quick test my gold for me to help me make sure I made a good decision. 10/10 would recommend.

DISASTROUS work done on my ring to replace a claw. The ring is now MUTILATED beyond being repairable. He offered to fix it but I do not trust the HORRIBLE CRAFTSMANSHIP. Very upsetting experience.

The best of the best of the best!! I have never been more satisfied. If you want to buy gold, this is the address. I live far from them and the delivery is always the next day, the choices are incredible, the service is unbelievable, they are very kind and very patient! I'm writing this as it is not the first time, I never thought I could get real gold, excellent quality and excellent service with unbeatable prices here in Canada. I can say they really are the reference! Keep up the good work :)

Rude staff….the guy has no manners how to talk to the customers , as if he was ready to be rude !!! Extremely poor customer service.
