Wow! Saying Heather goes the extra mile is an understatement! Heather came highly reccomended and my expectations were exceeded. Heather is an expert in her field and performs the appraisal evaluation right in front of you, so you don't have to drop off your jewelry. She shows you the process of evaluating your jewelry, and explains everything very clearly. She is an absolute pleasure to work with and we will definitely be back! Thanks Heather!

Heather’s jewelry appraisal was first class - comprehensive, detailed, quick and reasonably priced. She was very responsive with the appointment booking, questions and follow up requests. I had the pleasure of meeting Heather Davis and using her gem appraisal service. I was very impressed with her knowledge, equipment and friendly service while having a ring appraised without having to leave the ring with her. She later emailed the full insurance appraisal for a very reasonable amount. She also provided advice regarding another ring which she didn't charge me for. Lastly, I bought her jewellery cleaner which really works well. I highly recommend Heather and her gem appraisal service.

The best! Heather helped me to navigate the diamond market. I saw her to ID some diamonds and she gave me so much more. Her explanations about evaluating diamonds and her genuine interest about my concerns are very much appreciated! She's a busy lady but accommodated an evening appointment for me. I had checked other jewelers who required over 2 weeks and cost between $150 and $190.My experience at stellarjem services run by Heather was excellent she was very professional timely it took days for my appointment and at a cost lower than $150. The appraisal was done in her office and I was able to watch her through the appraisal as she explained every step and also presented options in the kind of appraisals I could receive for my diamond ring.My appraisal included photos and I was very happy with the experience.My experience was excellent I couldn't be happier compared to all the other jewelers I talked to seller gems is the best in Kelowna.
