We couldn't be happier with Billyard Insurance Group, James has been such a pleasure to work with!!We've been trying to find a better insurance policy for years, calling around for quotes but never being able to find anything better (our insurance was really expensive for the bare minimum coverage). Just having purchased a new car, knowing how expensive our insurance was, we were really hoping to find something better finally.James was recommended to us, we were told he could help with our search so we decided to call him that same day and we're so glad we did!We let him know that we were in a bit of a hurry to find a new policy so we can bring our new car home since we needed it asap for work (our old car was no longer working and we had been stuck without a car for a couple days). We spoke with him on the phone and he got to work right away, and all I can say is that he must be a magician because that night we were already signing paperwork for our new policy! James not only found us the best insurance policy that we've ever had, finally giving us peace of mind with more coverage and even saving us money, but he did it in such a short amount of time to help us get our car as soon as we could!We couldn't recommend James enough, he was incredibly kind, caring, and understanding. He listened to all our needs and provided us with exactly what we were looking for! The worker is so busy and he no longer able to help me out. So I have to call the office every single day to get the documents ready.the price also is being increased year by year for no reason.They have to care more about the costumers and help them out as quickly as possible

As you have seen in low other reviews professional is missing from this company, especially the Windsor location. My husband and I get this insurance two moth ago and when something happens with the first payment, and they weren’t able to take it. They didn’t contact us we had to call to contact them, we been told that they don’t even know why and we should wait for a phone call. 3 weeks go by with no phone calls, we call again and the worker told us his busy and he will reach back to us and didn’t. We assumed for the second payment they will take both payments but didn’t even attempt to take the second payment. We called saying we want to bring checks since their not taken the money and were told not to and wait for the issue to be solved. Called 5 days ago and was told he will call back again . We made a call before yesterday and the worker told us we are cancelled. We Didn’t receive an Emil, a call, voice, or a mail. However, they told us they send us a mail that we didn’t receive at all. Being cancelled after the first payment in this pandemic was shocking to us, especially that we were the ones who had been calling them. This was so unbelievable when we called the head office they didn’t do anything or call us and made the guy call us telling us he can find insurance for us which we can do it ourselves . The guy did not even want to give us the head office number. I’m very disappointed and frustrated. And the reason why I provide this review is for someone else not to experience this, and to think before going forward with this insurance.

Honestly I was struggling for years to find the best Insurance and I did with Billyard they try their best to find the best option for your insurance and also Andrey is the right person to speak to.
