Lina took time to explain to me all the details about the process. She is patient, her focus was on me to make the perfect choice, also made me feel comfortable at the store.

Lina greeted us with a smile and helped us replace our glasses which had been lost. She was very courteous, patient, friendly and very efficient through our whole experience. We are very pleased with our visit and the exceptional services we received!

If i can rate them a 0 instead of a 1 star, I would . I’m in awe. My daughter had an eye exam. The doctor says that he has to administer eye drops to get a better and more accurate diagnosis. She has been wearing glasses for a few years now, this was a first. We had to wait 25 minutes to be seen again. Sure. Not a problem. In the waiting room, the staff approaches me and says it will be 30$ please for the drops. There was never any mention of a fee when the Dr suggested the drops.Then they call us back into the exam room, less than 25 minutes to continue her what felt like a drive though exam. She then writes out her prescription which seems wrong. I’m not a Dr, nor is my 14 year old but even she thinks its impossible that after 14 months since her previous appointment and feels her vision has gotten worse, and one eye is the exact same and the other slightly worse.As we got into the car and I made another exam appointment at her original optometrist at Carrefour Laval A place where they clearly know what they are doing and take the time to examine, I assumed every place did but wow did I assume wrong.Lesson learned!! Dont just go to a new place because its closer to home, my mistake.

Dr.Sandy was very pro and knowledgeable she gave me the best prescription for my lenses.The service was excellent and the staff was very friendly and nice.

Dr.Assio was very detailed and informative in explaining and demonstrating all the results of my eye exam.All the staff are very professional and friendly and extremely competent.

Went for eye exam for 3 ppl 2 of them were given the wrong prescription would not give refund since i got glasses else where had to repay for eye exam at Lens crafters but at least they got it right. STAY AWAY NOT COMPETENT AT ALL OPTOMETRIST AND STAFF !!!!!!!!!!

I can only rate 0 for that place, i had a missing screw for my son’s glasses and the girl wanted to charge me 30$ coz I didn’t buy the glasses from there.Logically it’s a waste of time to argue. I just bought glasses kit from Dollarama for 1.50$ and fix it at home.Briefly this how to handle a customer in 2022.

Lazy staff. You cannot touch glasses. Bad attitude. Not will to help. Do not recommend to waste time here.

Went there to get the nose stands of my glasses replaced because one of them were broken. I am not a customer of this business, I havnt bought a single pair of glasses from this business yet they changed my nose stands without asking questions and free of charge! Awesome customer service! They just gained a new customer
