Pricing, Refund System, and Receipt System is horrible.PLEASE READ BEFORE BUYING.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------I was excited to purchase my first ever silver chain and when I found this store I thought I would have no problems. I was young at the time of the purchase and trusted Taras that what I was paying for was the correct amount and a fair amount. I bought a 10g Sterling Silver Chain and believed that the price I was charged was the correct amount. I paid 400$ for the chain only to find out a couple of months later, when I wanted to clean the chain at the store that the price was only around 100$, where the same lady that I bought it from told me that something like this could have sold at 150$ max. So I showed them the receipt and they told me THE RECEIPT WASN'T GOOD ENOUGH FOR AN EXCHANGE OR REFUND. They told me the receipt does not provide enough information to trace it back to the chain and I would have no luck proving that I bought this chain for 400$, even though thats the point of a receipt. So in conclusion they purposely charged me 400$ for a $100 chain because I was young and they do not accept their own receipt for refunds or exchanges because it is poorly made on purpose.DO NOT BUY FROM HERE, RECEIPT IS MADE SO YOU CANT EXCHANGE.

Best jewelry store in town! I’ve had many gold pieces fixes there, and sold gold as well. They always give very good prices. The owner is super friendly and the woman who works with him is lovely as well! Thank you for the great service :)

Bijouterie Taras are just phenomenal ! They were able to craft my custom pendant perfectly. It came out exactly how i pictured it. Service was great and price was incomparable to other jewelry store. They take their time to explain everything about the product that you want to purchase, which for us consumer is very important to understand when purchasing jewelries. If you are looking for jewelry, this is a very recommended place to go to !

Came here to choose an engagement ring. They were very helpful, their experience shines through their service. Every step of the way they made sure everything was just right for us, from the size of the ring, the stone, the cut and setting, etc . We settled for a custom design that was exactly what we wanted and fit our budget. They were very patient with us and made sure we left satisfied. Highly recommend, they have earned themselves a lifetime client in us.

My wife and I purchased our wedding rings at Bijouterie Taras in 2020. We are very satisfied with the quality of the rings to this day. We are also very pleased with the customer service we receive any time we pass by to have our rings polished (free of charge). Raffi is courteous and professional and it is always a pleasure to chat with him.

I was here to have my watch battery replaced. I was in and out in under 20 minutes. The lady at the counter was very pleasant to talk to. She said she's in business for 20+ years and looks like she knows exactly what she's doing. I've found my go to place for watch battery replacement.

The best jewellery store in Montreal! I had some jewellery that I needed to get engraved same day and Nadia went out of her way to get it done for me in a few hours. Great selection of jewelry as well for all budgets. Highly recommend you don’t miss this great store.

Rafi does beautiful work! He saved a really precious, sentimental piece of jewelry from being permanently trapped on my finger and repaired it within less than 24 hours. I could not have asked for a better overall customer experience. Kind, honest, and genuinely lovely human. I never write reviews, Rafi, but you deserve the recognition.

I went to bijouterie Taras to repair my glasses nose pads. This was after i went to many actual glasses stores told me they couldn't do the repair and asking to pay up a couple hundred dollars. Not only are those stores not helpful and jump on any opportunity to overcharge you, they also actively contribute to waste and pollution (as a repair is much cheaper and efficient).Very thankful for the quick repair, it was done in a day, cost me less than 60 bucks and the glasses are as good as new.The lady who helped me out was very kind.I 100% recommend this store, let's support ethical businesses!
