Went to grab some food at 10:30 pm only to find out the store door was locked despite the open sign on, and the Hours on the door saying closes at 11 pm.Had to knock on the door to get the lady to open it and she said it was locked because they are closing soon. If it was 5 minutes to closing I would understand. But this was a good 30 minutes.I guess she was looking forward to closing her shift as soon as possible and didn’t want any customers interrupting her cleaning.She quickly rushed my order as if I was causing her some delay.Would personally avoid this location

Staff don’t listen to your order and put on what they think you said until you correct them. And when you do, they seem annoyed. They flatten the sub buns when they cut them. It’s like pulling teeth to get them to put a decent amount of toppings on, putting the bare minimum. And even if you ask for more, they lightly sprinkle on whatever you’ve asked for more of. I’ve been to this Subway a few times over the last few years, will not be going back to this location. When a sub costs $15 now, and either the company or the franchisee has their employees put in the bare minimum, it’s time to go somewhere else.

Today me and my daughter went to this location. My 9 year old could get the negative vibe of the staff immediately and asked me why the staff is so rude and like a fighter..no clients in the store but it seems that she was in a rush. Still we said please and thank you and left the store. We won't back again to this location. She has to understand her attitude is more important than the quality of food.

Normally I love going here. The owner/manager is amazing! Today I go in tell the lady I have coupon buy one sub get one for $0.99. Go to pay at the register and went to leave and realized she didn’t use the coupon. They go to refund the subs and he’s like you need to get a drink. I said okay I’ll get a drink. Basically tells me it’s too late. Yet the lady didn’t even take the coupon or tell me I needed to get a drink. Just ignores it instead!

Good place when your feeling for a sandwich, or some of their cookies(they're really good). Staff is amazing. Went there when these two guys were working, there were were friendly and and made me feel welcome. They were also pretty fast and efficient, didn't have to wait long for my order. Overall nice place to eat. Definitely will be going back. Especially if those two guys are there!

This is one of the worst locations to go to. Ordered online from this location back in May 2022 and they messed up my order. They forgot to put cheese and other items on my subs. I contacted the location after I got home and was offered a full refund or replacement subs. I opted for the full refund and it is now June and have now seen it. I went by the location last night and explained the situation to the workers and they had no idea how to deal with the complaint. They made me wait for them to call their manager and they got no response from the manager. So they expected me to wait for a response!!! Obviously, nobody there has any idea of customer service or how to run a business.They have lost any future business from me.

Bought 3 subs and paid by debit. Tip percentage comes up on the screen as an option, I had received very good service, so I put in 18 percent only to find out that the staff don't get those tips. Can't believe a company that size doesn't give the employees what is rightfully theirs. Disgusting!!!
