My computer was running slow so I called Kiel at Binary Computer Solutions to schedule an appointment. I was given an appointment the next day, the appointment only took a couple hours, and my computer was like new again! Bonus, he also made sure my compute was set up the way I needed it to be with all the programs I use. I agree with all the great reviews! Communication is excellent. The pricing is very fair. Turn around time was fast, fast. Binary is a 10. Kiel is really nice, informative and makes great recommendations. Definitely coming back for all my computer issues. It’s nice to support excellent small businesses like Binary.

Great price and great communication. If I have other computer issues I will certainly take it there. HIGHLY recommend!A hinge on my 1-1/2 year old HP Envy laptop broke. The Geek Squad said it would need to sent to HP and would cost about $700 to repair. I called HP, and they said it would be $420. Then, I called Binary Computer Repair. It cost $212.Kiel was great about explaining what had happened and put on a better hinge so hopefully it won't happen again. He was so easy to understand that I hired him for another half an hour to show me ways to make my old computer run faster (in addition to the CC Cleaner I was already using).

I called Kiel with a gaming PC that would not post, and he had me bring it in within an hour, and by the end of the day he had diagnosed the issue, got the parts required to fix it and installed them as well. Kiel is extremely professional and very easy to talk to, and is good at developing personal relationships with his customers. Possibly the greatest part is that his prices are pretty much the best around and he doesn't do price mark-ups if he has to buy any of the parts himself.

Right priced!Great personality!Super knowledgeable!My custom built had an issue that had me stumped. Binary identified the root cause and had it back to me almost the next day! He even cleaned it up so it was pretty again! Highly recommend!
