After waiting a month for my re-booked appointment they didn’t even fix my car and called me instead of the customer who’s car they actually fixed. They also charged me $140 for windshield wipers without even calling to ask if I wanted them replaced. Overall it was time consuming and a headache, 0/10 would not recommend

10/10. I came in last minute an absolute shitshow. They hooked me up with the proper and best tire and fixed my alignment alongside other dangerous issues the dealer neglected to tell me! The ladies at the front desk are amazing, top notch, and really helped me out when I was in a pinch! The service guys did a lot of unexpected last minute work and requests, by scheduling me in with no prior heads up! They taught and explained everything to me patiently and in great detail, it felt like I was being respected and given sound experienced advice. I am so grateful they took care of my safety, will definitely be coming back here! Thanks everyone at Fountain Tire-Terrace! :)

I go here all the time for work and the crew has always been pleasant and consistent.Great group of locals that will remember you, Gives you that small town feel with city standards on efficiency.Also if you need a tire fixed after hours, these guys will be the ones to come get you back up and running.Great job guys!

The staff at this location are exceptional! They go above and beyond to take care of their customers. I willingly travel 1.5hrs each way to have these gentlemen look after all of my mechanical needs!!! Not only do they have quick, professional, courteous service but they walk me through every problem when I don't quite understand. The one time they went over their original time frame, they did their best to accommodate me and still honored their quote!!!! These guys despite often delivering painful news about my vehicle, are great in their delivery of the problem, prompt solution, and always help me figure out the most cost effective, yet practical solutions.Best experience I have ever had when dealing with a shop. Hands down recommend these folks!!!

Absolutely amazing! Jaecen and everyone else here are complete life savers, got a flat on a very long road trip and no where in town or any surrounding areas could help me until I went to fountain tire. They found the best solution and saved me from driving 8 hours on a doughnut! They went above and beyond when no one else would, Highly recommend!

I booked an appointment over the phone. When I tried to come in for the appointment the shop was closed. I called and the person on the phone was confused and only could tell me the shop was closed for the day. I had text message confirming the appointment. Nobody from the shop has offered an apology, the opportunity to reschedule, or a discount for the error.
