Mark was great and the service was awesome! If you want to have your bike tuned up or major work, I highly recommend using Velofix. Best thing yet, you don't have to take your bike to a shop, drop it off, wait then pick it up. Everything is done right at your house. Will be using VeloFix/Mark again.

I had Velofix come and tune up my Ebike. Mark did a fantastic job, identified rear brake issues and handled warranty stuff with the manufacturer. No worries, no fuss and great service. Definitely will be using again.

I really appreciate Mark’s attention and skill in keeping my bikes in tip top shape. After my last bike fix, an issue showed up with my front brake rotor but since they guarantee their work, they were happy to come back and make it right. Very happy with the results!

Mark work on my EMTB , Help me rectify noise from pedal. Found out it was the Chain and also had him change Cassette while he was there,bike rides like a charm and he also put a tricycle for me that sat in a box for 2yrs, Thanks My GOOD MAN. I will be seeing u soon for rest of my ebikes....

My bike was in pretty bad shape. Like, my bike is cursed" level of bad. But Mark was able to fix it all up and now it's like new! Very happy with the service

Mark's mechanical skills and service are excellent - I trust him with both my high end race TT bike and my roadie, he always does a great job on my bikes and I highly recommend the service. You can't beat the convenience factor as well - he comes right to you, it's top notch!

If you are looking for quality work done by a professional, look no further! Mark assembled our RadCity e-bike. He is super friendly, very knowledgeable, and provided us with great support. Once assembled, Mark identified some problems with the bike and reached out to RadCity on our behalf. He kept in contact with us and Rad to ensure our concerns were dealt with. This was my first time using Velofix services; it's been such a positive experience! I highly recommend Mark to anyone needing bike services!

Mark was great. Showed up promptly. Has an excellent shop in his truck. Perfect work, and coordinated with my eBike manufacturer to get paid directly for warranty-related work. Highly recommended.
