Very positive experience. We received a competitive quote over the phone to replace a large broken commercial thermal window unit. They were very clear as to the time frame required to replace the unit. It was a very treacherous top heavy broken window that was removed carefully and safely. Despite the difficulty it was handled courteously and professionally, and left the worksite clean and tidy. We highly recommend this firm.

Came here for a custom glass tabletop. Jen was very helpful at explaining my options. Even before I walked in, she had given me an estimate over the phone so I knew what to expect going there. She gave me a quick tutorial on how to draw a template of my table and provided a piece of paper.I think I probably dealt with ALL of the staff. When I returned with my template a gentleman helped me finalize my order.Finally, when I returned to pick up my order the bearded fella in the back helped me load it and explained how to take care of the glass and my furniture.All in all, good local shop for your custom glass and mirror needs.

Wow!!! What an incredible business. I got a few quotes and Ace was the best price, the absolute most pleasant company to deal with and so fast. From getting me quotes to delivery. Other companies had 2-3 week lead time, Eugene from Ace advised me it would take approx. 1-1 1/2 weeks. I had the mirrors in my home within 5 days, delivery included. On the way out Dwight (from Ace) noticed some foggy windows and was kind enough to let me know they could be repaired. I usually use a glass company in Burlington and when I began receiving quotes alot lower cost I contacted the company and asked if they would care to requote as they were almost double what the other companies were asking for. I was advised they DO NOT PRICE MATCH. End of conversation. So much for customer appreciation. I called Ace and placed the order and I am so thankful I did. I will use Ace for all mirror/glass and windows in the future. Thank you guys so much, the mirrors are perfect and look wonderful. Fantastic service, excellent product and good pricing.

Was shopping for a custom size mirror and only ACE was able to produce it affordably, and it was ready the SAME DAY! Very happy with the communication, pricing, and speed of service. 5 stars.

Pour communication and service. The one positive was the first person who took my call. She asked great questions and said someone would get back to me for a quote. The email response was unprofessional and not clear. After 3 different attempts over a 7 day period, I think the owner finally responded and said that they do not want to quote the job and don't want the work. I am not sure how this window/glass company can stay in business if they do not want window repair jobs. I would have been a lot happier to have received an email with an email signature so that I knew who was responding, simply saying that they are not able to take work on right now but to try back in, say 30 days! But to have to call and email a number of times with no response... Not a business I want to deal with.

Was looking for specific sliding door tracks that are no longer readily available. When I called inquiring, they checked on the spot if they had some in stock and had it cut to size & ready for me same day to pick up! Excellent service and reasonable prices. Thank you!

I broke the mirror door of my wall-mounted bathroom vanity -- it's quite small and an odd shape so a custom order was the only way to go (or replace the entire thing altogether, but it's an odd corner- mounted shelf vanity so a bit of a pain). Ace was great -- extremely fast -- I had a bit of correspondence back and forth this morning to confirm the order, and got a call already this afternoon to come pick it up, so an extremely impressive same-day turnaround. After all the stress of trying to find contractors in other areas who refused the work because the job was too small"

Fantastic. Helpful, friendly and FAST! Just had two small medicine cabinet shelves made, but if I was looking to do a big glass project I'll definitely be going back. They also have window and sliding door hardware parts like casement cranks.Highly recommended.
