My fiance Dmytro and I don't know what we did to be blessed with an agent like Vikas. We knew he was our guy after our first phone meeting. He is a true professional: patient, knowledgeable, responsive, and resourceful, even when we were so frustrated we were probably unreasonable. Vikas helped us with understanding the market and was concerned with not wanting us to overspend either. He stuck with us through these last few rollercoaster months of house searching and remained understanding and kind throughout.This is just the first home Vikas! Don't forget us. Would give zero stars if we could. Avoid dealing with Vikas! Vikas is duplicitous and condescending. Avoid Vikas, avoid this business, at all costs. He lies, he cheats and he does it all only when it's convenient for him. No morals, no integrity.

Words cannot express how good Vikas was when he sold our house. There were multiple challenges which he overcame in a matter of 1 week and our house was sold. Highly recommended!!

Vikas helped my fiancé and I find a townhouse to rent, and we had such a great experience we knew we would be calling him again when it was time to buy. 2 years later we started the search to buy our first home, and as first time home buyers Vikas did an amazing job walking us through the overwhelming process of home buying and ensuring we understood and were comfortable with each step. The market was (still is) insane and while it was frustrating at times, Vikas was extremely patient, always available for us at any hour when we had many questions and requested multiple showings, always very fast response times through email/text/call and was able to keep us calm through the experience. Vikas must have shown us over 20 houses and we ended up finding a home we never thought we would in an area we love and we couldn't be happier! Vikas was an amazing guide through the beginning, middle and end. I would highly recommend Vikas to anyone looking for a home, you will absolutely not be disappointed.

Buying house is a stressful process in general. However, Vikas made the whole process sooo easy. From the daily listing alerts to promptly booking the viewing and getting the offer ready, also negotiating on our behalf, the entire process felt very smooth. He was always willing to help, answer our million questions (we are a first time home buyer), provide competitive data to take the right decision. He never pushed us beyond our affordability limit.
