Placed an order was told it was gonna take an 1 to 1.5 hours before its delivered. So when it was 10 mins late to get here I called to see what was going on. I was told its going in the oven and it'll take 40 mins before it gets here . Thats bs.... I told them I was told 1.5 max not 2.5 hours ?????? I could have bought a pizza in Ottawa and drove back home before it got delivered. Even after second update to see whats going on they don't answer the phone and I decide to go to the pizza place to see whats going on its 8:30 and its CLOSED!!!!! Nevermind bad service I got no service..... i feel as though we've been scammed

Wish it was open later for Saturday and Sundays.Lately the food and service has been off as well. Seems like there's new staff? The last 2 times we have ordered from there the order has been wrong (wrong size pizza and wrong side dish, as well as sauce forgotten) and the pizza tasted totally different the last time and was slightly overcooked.Great place but needs to step it back up!

Ordered online at 5:06pm. Received confirmation email saying delivery by 5:50. At 6:30, I called to ask if my order had left. The guy says it left with 5 other deliveries and would be receiving it once he drives by my place. Finally arrived at 6:55, 1 hr and 49 minutes after placing my order. Complained to the driver, he apologized and said he was the only driver. Had to re-heat the pizza...thereby changing the texture of the crust (way too soft). The medium poutine had 9 pieces of cheese in it. The fries were almost black...probably because the fries had sucked in the bit of gravy they put on it. Couldn't eat it, way too cold! Should have taken the $50.00 (including tip) to buy 2 nice TBone steaks. We would have enjoyed that a whole lot more.Obviously won't be ordering from there anymore, and will encourage my friends to do the same. The increase in prices on everything is one thing, but I expect to get quality food and service for my money.

Recently moved to the area, usually order from Milanos Bourget location. Alfreds location was king of disappointing to be honest, ordered a pizza which was great, and a side chicken Caesar salad which was pitiful. By the time I got home the lettuce was soggy because they pre mixed it. I had maybe 5 croutons and 2 bites of chicken in my 14$ salad.I’d drive the extra 20 minutes to eat Bourgets food

Just had Milano's special. Must say it's the best pizza in the area by far! Fresh ingredients and a golden crust! This will be our pizza place from now on! The new owner is very friendly and accommodating!

When the owner is there the pizza is perfect! I also heard all the old staff is gone and seen them training a bunch of new people so I have high hopes for the new future of alfred milanos

By far the worst place ever closes early befor i pick up my food they closed early and dont even call me to tell me there closeing so I drive there to find out they have closed befor i could get my food why would you close when you know someone is coming to pick up an order and half the time They have nothing they can't even make a basic pizza they don't have anything to make it can't makes a salad why are they even open I don't know what the point is in opening when u can't even make a pepperoni pizza

UPDATED!!!Every time I order online or go in, they never have half of what they advertise. There's never any meat, or pop curds. I know it's a minor inconvenience, but it happens every time I've ordered. I've had my order canceled by them without being notified. And multiple times I've been sent incomplete orders, missing drinks, dips or sauces that I've paid for. It's sad as i love milanos, but this location is a disappointment.I don't recommend going unless you want to drastically change your order.UPDATE:went in on July 20 2022 after new ownership has started. And still the same. Items unavailable on the menu. This is disappointing. Officially lost my business.I went in for dinner for my son and myself, ended up getting his pizza but walking all the way to subway for my sub. If it's on the menu, it should be in stock.

Ordered for pick up, drove 15 min one way and they didn't even make the order, said nobody called for a pizza... they even looked stoned.
