Not impressed asked for black leather ear patches for my motorcycle helmet. He installed dark blue( not what I asked for ) and put a 6 inch scratch on the top of my helmet without a word . Just like he did nothing wrong…..Bad Buiseness

Pire cordonnier, il a détruit mes doc martens de 230$ pour 23$. Il devait mettre une petite patch dessus puisque j'avais un petit trou. On dirait qu'il a mis une ceinture. C'est épais, beaucoup trop large et long et en plus c'est même pas la même couleur ! En plus d'avoir plus brisé ma botte, je ne peux plus la mettre puisqu'elle fait mal à cause de la patch !

Rude. Zero customer service skills. I will be bringing my business to Cordonnerie Monkland. They have always been wonderful.

Got keys made and it was fine. But not a huge fan of the service, he wasn't rude but asked some strange questions that felt off

Very rude! Caught a really bad attitude because I told him I will think about purchasing the item that I needed. He collected his items that he displayed and stormed off to the back. Sad part is that I changed my mind and will buy the item but prefer to spend my money elsewhere.

A bit surprised about the bad reviews. Went to replace a watch bracelet and he offered to fix it for 10$. He got the job done and saved me from spending between 30$ or 40$ for a new one.He was not exactly the most service oriented person I've met but didn't found him to be rude. Again, I may have a bit of a higher tolerance.The store has an interesting selection of shoe polishing items, laces and other. Might return at some point since it's close to work.

If I could have given 0 stars I would have. Not only is the service unprofessional, the workmanship is atrocious and they simply do not care if you are unhappy. Brought in a pair of sandals to have the elastic changed and asked if he could reduce the length of the strap cause I was tying it at the last hole. He grumbled about how shoe manufacturers make tiny elastics but said he'd do it and explained how he would have to re-attach the buckle to the strap and said to trust him. Not only was the work horrible; he put a patch on silver sandals that is a dark tan color, he did not change the elastic and sewed everything in an awkward position. His employee said oh it won't show when you tie it". Basically

Terrible workmanship. And tries to convince you that a much larger/more expensive repair is needed and then the result doesn't even justify the price. Says he needs to completely replace the zipper, but when I got the item back it was the same zipper with shoddy stitching that is already coming undone. Go somewhere else, does not do the work that he is charging you for.

Sam did an excellent job repairing scratches on my brown lamb leather jacket! Don't know why people are giving bad reviews, he did a great job for me!
