Nothing short of perfect, Lilliane was so nice and helpful. She gave me a crash course in how to understand diamonds which was very insightful. She was able to get me a ring in the exact design I needed in a rapid fashion. I would highly reccomend anyone to use her for any jewelry purchase.

We were delighted with the friendly, professional and expert service we received from Lilliane. She assisted us in the creation of a pair of custom rings. She had a range of stones to choose from, which she presented to us and talked us through and educated us on our options for their selection and their setting. Words fall short when I say this- Lilliane is an absolute angel for helping me get a ring off my swollen finger! I was in severe pain from the swelling and thought I needed to seek Emergency care because my finger was swelling rapidly. I called Lilliane to see if she could help me, she was so patient with me on the phone and extended help right away. She gently cut the ring off with an equipment and relieved me from my suffering. Lilliane you are a true gem! Definitely visiting your suite to put in a custom ring order!!
