Alex was an an amazing help to set up our new mobile phone. He also helped us add more gb of data on all of our family cell phones. He found us a great deal of savings on our monthly bill. We really appreciated his help and guidance

When visiting the Midland Rogers store, we were taken care of exceptionally well by John Parker. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He switched over 3 plans, saving us time and money. He went through all of our contracts and bills with detail to ensure we were informed and comfortable with our products and plans.Overall, he was fantastic and we walked away smiling!

Great customer service. Had to go in to upgrade the internet service. And A young fella named John helped me today. He has kind polite personable and professional demeanour and is very articulate. And to top it off he had a good sense of humour. I highly recommend him for a raise or promotion.
