Far the best ive experience with this shop! The guy who helped me fix the phone is hard working, very knowledgable, reliable, genuine, cares and priotirize the customers needs! My daughter dropped her phone and totally smashed the screen. I checked the reviews on Google and found Wifi Accessories. They were friendly, professional, very reasonably priced, and fast! They took time to explain what was wrong and gave us a 14 day warranty. I will definitely be coming back and I highly recommend this place!

Was in the store yesterday picking up a phone for my boyfriend, bought a $300 phone that turned out to be junk. Couldn’t even make a gmail account on it. Brought it back into store today to an employee who was was very rude and ignorant. Tried to fight with me regarding the phone that was junk. Asked for my money back and was told no sorry! I wouldn’t be asking for my $300 back if you didn’t sell me a junk phone. Needless to say the greedy employee got another $350 for a phone that’s not worth $650 & couldn’t even throw in a case or screen protector. I do not suggest going into this store!

$25 screen protector magically became $15 when I tried to step out. I ended up purchasing it and turns out it was glass protector instead of film one which was what I asked for.Shady buisness and I do not recommend it at all.

Gave me an absurdly expensive quote for phone repair. I know the cost of parts and they seems like they charge $150 for opening a phone. How could replacing an camera module costs $150~200? It costs $60 to repair from another place in St.Catharines.

EXCELLENT, FAST AND HONEST REPAIR of my cell phone that had just stopped working. Repair was done in about an hour, originally said to expect about an hour and a half to let me know the problem. It was a wire problem and he could have easily charged more, for say a new battery that it did not need. Very polite and informative. I will use WIFIREPAIR.CA again and highly recommend it.

I bought two cases and two screen protectors. The gentleman was very polite and curious with me. Negotiated a fair price with me. However, the case for one of the phones broke after two weeks and I went back and the gentleman was very nice enough to replace it for me. Would definitely recommend for phone accessories. Support local business!
