Staff not competent or thorough whatsoever. Left the brokerage as soon as I could. I used them for over 5 years and as soon as I needed to make a claim it was a nightmare, repeatedly. Do not recommend.

Excellent place to get insurance

We had our home and auto insurance with ISL for eight years. When we decided to move, the agent who was dealing with our file failed to find an insurer for our property, which we found out from our lawyer, she had only began working on a new policy a week before our closing. Because of this, our closing on our new home was delayed and we had to ask for an extension on our closing. We ended up finding a new insurance company that was more accommodating. After all was said and done we had to fill out a cancellation form for our old house policy and even after this we had three months payments come out of our account. When my wife called to inquire, the lady she dealt with said she doesn’t have time to follow up on every file. Needless to say, we have had a very inconvenient and troubling experience with them, so beware and watch your bank account
