Chem-Dry Acclaim Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

Had a 2 year old couch cleaned. Couch looks the same as it did before cleaning. Tech rated the couch a 2 out of 10 for level of soilage which is probably why there wasn't much effort put into the cleaning. There are very obvious spots that look like they were never touched. I received an email the following day asking for me to review my experience. I reached out to Carl (owner) via text and let him know I was not happy with the results and would like to discuss vs leaving a bad review. I did not get any reply. The next day I received another email asking for a review. This time I replied to the email again explaining I'd like to discuss further vs a negative review. Again no response. So I was forced to leave a review explaining my experience and what I feel to be poor customer service. Immediately I received an auto generated response saying sorry to hear that" etc. Next day I got a more personalized email from Carl saying they'd like a chance to make the experience top notch and asked what I'd like to see happen. I replied back saying I'd like to have the job completed and to discuss further. Here we are a week later and again I have not heard a peep. Customer service doesn't appear to be a priority here. I would never recommend this company for any cleaning services required."

Carl and Tim did a great job on cleaning a very dirty, heavily stained bedroom carpet in a student rental house. They were on time, professional and explained what could/couldnt be done so I could manage expectations. Some of the stains could not be fully removed as explained, but overall very pleased with the work. Would definitely used them again.

Carl did an amazing job on our carpets! He explained everything to us right at the beginning and did show us the extremely dirty water from their machine at the end. We are very happy with the result…thanks again Chem-Dry!!!

Carl is very professional and knowledgable about what we needed to remove pet urine, as well as treat our carpet to make it feel awesome again. He gave us an accurate quote, did a very thorough job and we are so pleased with the results! Will recommend Chem-Dry to anyone looking for a great carpet cleaning experience!

I would give zero stars if I could. Even negative stars if I could. Do not hire this company as the owner (Carl) does not seem to care about his customer service, especially him being the one doing the work.This is a one guy company and he will not accommodate a single inch to help his customers out.Simply no service was performed, Carl refused to do his work and left, uttering the ignorant comment trash" as he walked out the door.Carl came to my home (where I resided with my 3 small kids as a single parent by the time of this review) and contrary to the email I received with instructions

I was very pleased with the professionalism, courtesy and thoroughness of Chem Dry. I wanted my 25 year old ceramic front hall and kitchen floor cleaned, and Carl showed up promptly, measured and estimated the cost while explaining the various options, and got straight to it. The results were better than I expected! I highly recommend this company’s services.

Their process definitely seems superior to the standard carpet shampoo / extraction that most use. The fact that the carpet doesn't have a bunch of detergent dumped into it makes it stay cleaner longer. Will definitely have them back into our facilities again.

Carl and Tim were efficient and did a great job. Carpets and upholstery were completely dry by the next morning. It was great to feel I could walk bare foot on the floors of my new home finally.

We had a excellent experience with all of your staff and the work performed. If I recall correctly I spoke with Rachel to schedule my appointment and she was great. We had a large oily stain on our upholstery which we tried to clean ourselves and just made it worse. Carl and Tim came by and they were friendly, well informed on the product and procedure and truly did an excellent job. Thanks again to everyone and especially Carl and Tim!
