Very disappointing and disgusted with them. I ordered 26 dollars and in sandwiches for supper and we live out of town. Get ready to eat my king burger and first bite I get hair in the the burger . The hair is going threw the sandwich under the pickles and onions and ends swimming in the mustard and ketchup. I call burger king and ask for the manager and politely explain to her what the problem was she promptly says I have to bring it back and hangs up on me. Real top quality customer service with absolutely no care as to the customer. I am contacting corporate not that they will do much but hey if want hair in your food just go to Albert Lea mn burger Burger King and ask for a hair burgeri guess. Never been so disgusted with fast food in my life.

Completely new experience now that it has been remodeled. Clean, plenty of places to sit, even has a corner lounge area. The play place is warm as I am here when its -27 degrees out. It's almost like I am down south with the sun beating through the big glass windows. Food is ok. I had burnt fries and my whopper jr felt like I got a lot more bun than burger but you get what you pay for. Overall the facility is much much nicer.

It was clearly busy when I walked in so I understood that I would have to wait but when I walked in the manager on duty’s face said it all.. she was clearly upset I walked in and instead of a warm welcome or even a smile she said you’ll have to wait, I’ll be with you when I can, glaring at me.. Now if it was me I would’ve just left but my kids were expecting some food when I came out as they were waiting in the car with my husband. Then the drive thru employee came over to her and said you have someone at the counter and the manager says I know! It’s too busy in the drive thru so we’ll take care of them first and then I will help her.. Then tells her to go take 2 more orders from drive thru. Once she does the manager sees them show up on the screen and says great! Now there’s 2 more orders that showed up… at this point I’m super confused and she then tells the drive thru girl to wait on me. So she quietly and politely asks for my order and I ask her if they’ve gone through a change in management recently as this was the 2nd time this has happened when typically they are usually quite pleasant even when busy, but I explain how I felt like I angered her when I walked in .. but the manager over hears me and says you don’t know me but I’m in work mode and we’re really busy.. which I try to explain i understand you are busy but you’re lack of welcome and disgusted looks said it all and if it weren’t for my kids I would have walked out and she said to me that I didn’t have to be rude about it.. and I ask her back I don’t have to be rude?! Seriously?! Then she quits talking to me all together and asks the other lady is I needed any sauces for her food, and I said no she doesn’t need any sauces but you can bet I’m gonna write a review. I hope she gets the long deserved break or days off she needs to take a breath and recharge, clearly over worked and it shows. I am willing to come back again in the future as this has only happened the last couple times I’ve been in where typically they are pleasant. The food is always fresh and the orders are never messed up which is probably why you are busy all the time… great costumers Will understand the wait for terrific food but we don’t understand the attitude

I’m really disappointed as I went to this place tonight to get my family dinner after working. The employee was very rude and told me it was going to be 15 minutes because they wanted to close. But yet they close at 10pm. I can at 9:30pm. Left me waiting until they closed to give me my food. Then wanted to roll her eyes and was on her phone. Worst customer service I’ve had there!

We stopped in because the kids wanted to play in the play area. It was closed due to repairs but it looks like it has been closed for a while and used as storage. The cashier got our order wrong and when asked about it they wouldn't correct their mistake. They also forgot the ranch we ordered and when we asked for the ranch they gave us attitude about paying for it even though we already paid for it. We found a hair in one of our burgers but decided we didn't want to cause an issue with the unpleasant person. This burger king is a good representation of this town and the people who live in it. Trashy.

Food was decent but have never felt so ashamed for ordering 9 texas double whoppers with french fries during lunch. I brought their whole world crashing down and totally inconvienced them. How dare a customer come in at lunch time and order 9 value meals for their construction crew. I totally got the stink eye from them as they brought my $104 order to me. They told me you are taking all our meat now we need to grill more!" That sounds like a Mission Impossible Whopper to me!Go to this BurgerKing. Try and have it your way. Just try it!My experience was so riduculous I'm trying to have fun with it."

The food is good, but I was lucky to make it through the drive thru, as the drive thru was all full of ice on the pavement. They obviously don't take care of things.

Extremely rude folks running this place. It's disappointing because the first time I was in they were extremely friendly and efficient and nice. Not so much on another visit. I'd say try a different place to go eat.
